Please note: Due to the preparation involved, pre-booking is required for all bariatric transfers.

How do I make a booking?
Booking with Prairie Patient Transfer Services is simple. Just call our number at (306) 808-4444, and one of our dispatchers will be happy to assist you. Be sure to have the patient’s information and payment details ready.
What are my payment options?
What information is required when booking?
When booking, please provide the following details:
- Patient’s name
- Type of transfer (wheelchair or stretcher)
- Pickup location (Facility, Floor, Room Number)
- Drop-off location (Facility, Floor, Room Number)
- Appointment time
- Does the patient have a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate)?
- Is the patient on oxygen, and if so, how much?
- Patient’s weight
- Is the patient under any isolation precautions?
- Will there be an escort accompanying the patient?
Can family travel with the patient on the transfer?
Yes, we welcome family members to accompany the patient during the transfer, as long as it does not interfere with patient care.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?
While we are available 24/7 for non-emergency medical transportation, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. For last-minute transfers, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
